    Venue: Grand Bahia Principe Jamaica
    Couple: Sarah & Brad

    1. My favourite Memory from my wedding day is…
Walking down the aisle and getting to see my husband-to-be for the first time. There was a band playing and it was just beautiful!

    2. The biggest surprise or unexpected thing about my wedding was…
How beautiful the reception was, the decorations were beyond anything that I would have expected at a Destination Wedding.

    3. My best advice to future brides planning a destination wedding is…
Don’t worry. I was worried about all the small details but when we got to the hotel the wedding coordinator went over all the plans with us and confirmed the decorations, songs, flowers, etc.  They are definitely on top of things, they do these weddings on a daily basis and know what they are doing.

    4. What I liked best about working with Nicole..
If I wasn’t happy with my reply from the resort I would contact Nicole and she would be on top of it. It wasn’t a regular occurance, but when it did happen (mostly because I was impatient!) Nicole would contact the resort and have my answer the same day, or if not, the next.

    Venue: Secrets Wild Orchid Jamaica
    Couple: Rebecca & Christopher

Our wedding was perfect and this was the perfect resort!!!

We absolutely loved the resort!  We really enjoyed the restaurants, bars and entertainment and we really liked being able to enjoy the evening outside having dinner and drinks and enjoying the nightly entertainment.  The resort was gorgeous and meticulously manicured.

As far as the wedding, everything went off perfectly!!  The minister was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable.  The wedding staff was excellent and our photographer was fun to work with and took phenomenal pictures! Chris and I both agree that we would definitely go to another secrets resort.

Thanks again for all your help 😄

Venue: Playacar Palace, Riviera Maya, Mexico
    Couple: Pennie & Tony

    1. My favourite Memory from my wedding day is…
The look on Tony’s face when he saw the resort and he learned all the extras I had planned for the week.

    2. The biggest surprise or unexpected thing about my wedding was…
That everything promised to us that we had planned and asked for, was actually true. There was other things I hadn’t planned like breakfast in bed, champagne, a special night before,  and wedding cake. It was all so great!

    3. My best advice to future brides planning a destination wedding is…
Keep a portfolio of all important docs, requests, receipts bring them with you and then just relax. Once you get there its all done for you, but it still makes it easier to relax if you have all your information at hand.

    4. What I liked best about working with Nicole..
That even though she was on the other side of Canada she was still always accessible. I always heard back right away and felt like I had someone on my side if things did go sideways. There were a few bumps along the way and she was ON IT.

Venue: Secrets Maroma, Riviera Maya, Mexico
    Couple: Crystal & Sean

    1. My favourite Memory from my wedding day is…
Being blessed last minute with the absolutely perfect weather for a beach ceremony! The weather was so hot and off and on with rain, but for the ceremony it was sunny, warm and breezy- couldn’t ask for much more!

    2. My best advice to future brides planning a destination wedding is…
My best piece of advice is just do it!! It’s fun, easy, beautiful & relaxing! The hardest part is figuring out who gets to join you for the memorable day ;)

    3. What I liked best about working with Nicole..
Aside from being friendly, warm, professional, efficient, approachable, easy to reach and genuinely excited for you, the best part was working with Nicole during the hard times. Early in the planning stages, we were having difficulties getting the quotes and conditions we were hoping for (with trying to book at the Excellence). As a result, we had to scrap that plan and go back to square one. As difficult as it was, Nicole supported us every step of the way. She was empathetic, consoling, solution focused and creative in her approach. She made me feel heard when I was upset. I know counseling is not an official part of this job, but it is critical to have this when dealing with brides, wedding planning and group travel. Nicole will get the job done as best she can. She is on your side. She cares. She will support you!

Venue: Grand Bahia Principe, Runaway Bay Jamaica
    Couple: Jenna & Mark

    1. My favorite memory from my wedding day was..
Being transported to the wedding location and seeing all my family and closest friends there waiting for me. I remember I instantly started crying and I thought how beautiful the whole thing looked and how perfect the moment was. It truly was a magical moment for me.

2My best advice for future brides planning a destination wedding is to..
Choose a travel agent who has organized destination weddings before. Since you really don’t have to do much yourself other then pick your destination and your package you might feel a little lost on how the whole process works and you will probably have 100 questions. Someone with experience will make you feel at ease!

     3. What I loved best about working with Nicole was..
The experience she had with planning a destination wedding. Nicole was very knowledgeable when it came to different destinations and what they have to offer. She always had the answers to all my question and if she didn’t she would find the answer very fast for us. Nicole was very organized and always made us feel like her top priority. We had an amazing experience working with Nicole!

    Venue: Memories Resort, Varadero Cuba
    Couple: Joanne & Juan

    1. My favourite Memory from my wedding day is…
The atmosphere of the resort and of Cuba.  The weather was perfect.  We only had a couple of guests which was nice and intimate;  my mom helped me get ready, and my stepfather was with my groom.  Our room overlooked the garden with the wedding gazebo and we could see them getting ready.  It was beautiful!

    2. My best advice to future brides planning a destination wedding is…
Start planning at least a year in advance!  My situation didn’t allow for any long term planning and it was very stressful having to rush to the consulate for papers and trying to have everything ready for different deadlines..

    3. What I liked best about working with Nicole..
HER PATIENCE!!! As I mentioned, my situation was difficult and stressful as my groom was waiting on papers and also arriving from another country altogether.  Nicole and I had to wait to book anything until we had the green light from him.  But as soon as we heard from him, she was able to book us and we all on our way within a couple days!!  So kudos to Nicole for her patience and her lightening fast reflexes ;)

    1. My favourite Memory from my wedding day is…
How perfectly everything came together and how we were able to share our day with so many of our friends and family.

    2. The biggest surprise or unexpected thing about my wedding was…
Walking out on the balcony and seeing all of our guests together and how beautiful all the decorations were.

    3. My best advice to future brides planning a destination wedding is…
Breathe… Everything will fall into place… I picked all my decor and options for the wedding a few days before and it turned out amazing. :)

    4. What I liked best about working with Nicole..
We had approximately 80 guests coming to our wedding and she was still on top of everything!! She is so organised! All of our guests had nothing but great things to say about her. She guided us through the planning process, she was easy to contact and always there to help out.

    Venue: Riu Ocho Rios, Jamaica
    Couple: Kendra & Tyler

    1. My favourite memory of my wedding day was..
Being able to walk down the aisle with my dad while overlooking the ocean!

     2. The biggest surprise of a destination wedding is..
How laid back and relaxing the day was. The day went off so smoothly, I could not have asked for a better day. There was no stress, which is what every bride needs on her wedding day.

    3. The best advice I have for future brides planning a destination wedding is..
Remember you are planning a trip as well. Don’t let your wedding consume your vacation. Remember to have fun & relax with friends and family.

    4. What I liked best about working with Nicole was..
Nicole was the absolute best travel agent I have ever worked with. She is a very personable and approachable travel agent, who was able to provide a very friendly and inviting atmosphere. She was very helpful with all my questions, and I did have a lot! I had a large group of people with very different schedules and she was very patient with all of them. She had lots of great advice and recommendations for different resorts and always kept our budget in mind. Without Nicole’s help, I would still be trying to decide where to get married LOL.

Venue: Grand Bahia Akumal, Riviera Maya Mexico

How seamlessly everything came together. No stress added that day because the resort was on top of everything.

    2. The biggest surprise or unexpected thing about my wedding was…
The small details from signature cocktails that the resort came up with, to the decorations that went above and beyond.

    3. My best advice to future brides planning a destination wedding is…
To go with the flow. They gave me tons of options and each decision I made was followed, but you are in a different country and not absolutely everything is the same as here. Ask questions, a lot of questions

    4. What I liked best about working with Nicole..
She was on top of everything. We didn’t know where we wanted to go or what we wanted and she guided us through that process and then throughout the planning process she was easy to contact and always there to help out. She was so helpful.
