The Occidental at Xcaret Destination is an All-Inclusive hotel located in Mexico, in the heart of the Riviera Maya.

This impressive resort has 765 rooms and suites, all surrounded by beautiful jungle gardens and featuring either a terrace or balcony. It also has winding riverways, seven swimming pools, and a private cove with soft white sand and tropical palm trees.
Designed for families, couples, and groups, this All-Inclusive resort in the Riviera Maya combines relaxation, adventure, and an exceptional natural setting. Its proximity to Xcaret Park allows guests to explore cenotes, underground rivers, native wildlife, and Mayan ruins, making it a unique destination in the Riviera Maya.
A non-refundable deposit is required by Sep 15th to confirm your seat. Space at our group rate is first come first served as we have a limited number of rooms available in our block, so booking early is suggested. Reservations may be made after our block is full, however, subject to availability and new pricing.
Balance due January 31st, 2027
Canadian citizens require valid passports for travel to Mexico. If possible, a scanned copy, or photo of your passport emailed to Cara or Nicole is appreciated.

Please note, due to venue capacity limitations the wedding day events will be adult-only. If you're taking this opportunity to enjoy a family vacation, Kids Club and after-hours babysitting can be arranged upon arrival at the hotel so that you can enjoy the celebration worry-free.
