Travel costs will range based on the seasonality.  Lowest rates, excluding hurricane season, are often found in November and early December. Good winter pricing can be found in January & April, with the highest rates occuring over holidays (ie. Christmas, New Years, March Break) as well as the peak winter month of February.

To have a civil marriage ceremony, in Cancun/Riviera Maya for instance, the following documents are required:

• Valid passports for both parties.
• Copy of legal immigration status of each party: Tourist Card.
• Application and official oath of truthfulness of both parties including declaration of assets
• Prenuptial clinical analyses of blood work for both parties for VDRL, HIV, and RH (results are valid for 15 days).
• Original and copy of valid passport for two witnesses per party.
• Name, age, nationality, home address and occupation of 4 witnesses. Couples must arrive at least 3 working days prior to the wedding ceremony to submit all the documents.

If wanting parents names included in the wedding certificate, the also required is;

• Original and copy of long form birth certificates of both parties annotated and translated by an authorized translator certified in the Spanish language.
